I recently had the privilege of receiving a remote healing session with Cathy Teich, and it truly exceeded my expectations!! I was a little uncertain of the process, but it was very calming. I have gained a new respect for such healings, especially remote healings!

 

I had been struggling with stress and nervous tension because of work, but now, I feel much more grounded and at ease. It’s as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders, and I am finally able to approach life with a sense of tranquility... one which I hadn't experienced in a long time. She even sent me a grounding exercise and I'm able to go back and listen - which is awesome.
